My quick version of the fish taco

10/21/10 Ok so I was making a quick lunch and wanted to eat the flounder milanese that I had on hand. I thought to myself..How do I make something quick and tasty? So here is my version: Warmed the flounder milanese on a panini grill until crispy.  Cut a 1/4 of an avocado, added a tablespoon of mayo, and salt/pepper, mixed with a fork to make a quick avocado crema. Tossed some crisp grape tomatoes (my fav) with a little basil, garlic, and olive oil. Put it all on a wrap with shredded lettuce and a dash of hot sauce. A little mixed fresh fruit on the side. Delish!
